Online Coaching - 1 Month
The one-month program is where we assess your current lifestyle and fitness situation to identify any problems and concerns you may have. I will provide you with simple recommendations and together we will come up with strategies that you can easily incorporate into your lifestyle on your own.
This service is suitable for those who wish to seek clarity and guidance on how to live a happier and healthier life without the constant support of the 3-month or 6-month program.
Training frequency, intensity and volume are all customized to suit your specific lifestyle and goals.
With this program YOU add strength, build endurance, and improve their cardiovascular fitness.
This program lasts for 4 weeks and includes:
- 3 workouts (Bodyweight Strength Workout; Strength Endurance Circuit; Interval Workout)
- Split over the week from Monday, Wednesday, and Friday respectively
- Assessments at the start, week 2, and upon completion of week 4
There are 3 bodyweight based workouts.
One for pure strength building, one for strength endurance build, and one for metabolic conditioning and cardiovascular improvement.
No equipment needed - just yourself.
There are some exercises if you have access to a bench or pull-up bar; if not, just skip those exercises.

The three-month program is designed to be a shorter version of the six-month program to help you kick start your healthy lifestyle.
In the first session we will go through your health and fitness history and create goals that are specific to you, and throughout the program we will focus on making small and simple changes and developing healthy sustainable habits that will take you one step closer to your goals.
I will be your personal coach, trainer & mentor to teach you, guide you, and keep you on track - making sure any changes you make you are able to maintain.
- 1 hour session, 4 times a month
- Discussion & analysis of your current lifestyle
- Notes & handouts specific to your developmental needs
- Ongoing email support & guidance throughout the course of the program
- Diet and nutrition coaching

The six-month program is the most comprehensive program I offer. This program will help you learn how to be healthier and happier simply by looking at the areas of your life that are out of balance, on both a fitness and nutritional level. A fully tailored individual program just for you!

Going forward we will focus on implementing small and simple changes and developing healthy, sustainable habits that will take you one step closer to your goals, as well as addressing any issues that show up along the way.

Just thought I would drop in and share my story with you.
STEVE PILOT FITNESS is the brainchild of a well-traveled functional athlete who has visited over 80 countries worldwide and amassed an impressive array of life experience, cultural diversity and training expertise.
I'm an expert in performing on a plant based diet. Eight years ago I decided to turn vegan! Since then my life has changed immeasurably in many different aspects. My sleep and recovery have improved while my strength and performance have increased.
Everyone told me it was impossible to build muscles on a plant based diet. I was determined to prove them wrong. I started to educate myself on plant based nutrition and created my own training program.
My motivation comes from the sheer love of training, in any shape or form, morning, noon or night. I set myself manageable and realistic goals and I have my trained my mind that I can do anything I want if I really want it and I challenge myself with every training session. Being consistent is a necessity for progression and without it, motivation simply dies.
Looking back at my past life and seeing the amazing changes that have taken place makes me so proud that I listened to that little voice inside my head that told me to change. I have built a life bigger than I had ever dreamed of, and I am telling you from experience that YOU can do the same.
I have always wanted to inspire and motivate others to work on their body and mindset.
